Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or partnerships focused on banks and credit unions. A proven ability to cultivate and leverage strong relationships within the bank and credit union ecosystem is essential, along with experience as an account executive or in partnerships in finance, banking, or technology. High emotional intelligence, trustworthiness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also required.
The Account Executive will leverage their network to establish and deepen relationships with banks and credit unions, positioning ModernFi as a trusted partner. They are expected to meet or exceed revenue and booking goals with bank and credit union partners, serve as the primary advocate for these partners, and maintain high-quality, frequent contact to ensure their success and satisfaction. Additionally, they will maintain exceptional organization around client databases, calendars, and CRM utilization, while establishing best practices for engagement and sales.
