Requirements

Candidates must have 10 years of strategic advisory exposure and 3-5 years in a similar senior level role within a professional services industry, ideally a strategic consulting firm. A Bachelor's degree is required, and preferred qualifications include an understanding of marketing and sales with a demonstrated sales track record, innate problem-solving abilities, drive, energy, the ability to get things done, and strong project management skills. Active listening skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform detailed work are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Performance Strategy Associate Director will collect and analyze operational data using proprietary methods and tools. They will develop and quantify strategies for optimizing operations and implement these strategies in close partnership with the workforce, from C-suite to ground-level employees. Responsibilities include providing frequent and immediate coaching to ensure proper interpretation and leveraging of data and KPIs for operations management. They will also model high safety standards in hazardous and remote settings and, for select projects, support the design and management of capital projects and build/execute energy transition plans.
