Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience is required, along with 6+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of business processes across functions, the IT Service Provider market, and business management skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and 5+ years in the SaaS industry. The ability to manage large projects independently, adapt to new technology, and quickly grasp and explain complex concepts is necessary. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Partner Success Manager will leverage business and industry knowledge to help partners increase their ROI with ConnectWise, working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. Key duties include ensuring partners maximize value from the ConnectWise platform, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating to drive adoption and renewals. This role involves proposing solutions to partner problems, understanding partner business challenges, acting as an escalation point for issue resolution, and creating scalable playbooks for partner interactions. The position also requires facilitating cross-functional communication and identifying processes for prioritization and visibility of requests.
