Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, potentially including using AI-powered tools or automating workflows. Experience in designing, launching, and managing partner programs, particularly Route to Market (RTM) modules, is essential. A strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration within sales, product, marketing, and enablement teams is required. Familiarity with PRM/Operations and legal aspects of partner agreements is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Partner Program Manager will lead the evolution, launch, and management of Route to Market (RTM) program modules within the global partner program to foster an AI-first community. Responsibilities include designing and managing scalable global partner programs, defining and executing program strategy, framework, and governance, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance partner engagement. The role involves establishing KPIs, driving program adoption, serving as a subject matter expert, and supporting partner go-to-market efforts. Additionally, the manager will lead data analysis, reporting, and identify opportunities for program enhancement based on partner feedback and industry best practices.
