Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in channel, resale, or partner programs within the technology sector, with a preference for cloud, SaaS, or data platforms. Proven success in launching and scaling global resale programs is required, along with a strong understanding of resale business models, partner agreements, and indirect sales motions. Experience with cross-functional program management, executive stakeholder engagement, Salesforce, PRM tools, and partner ecosystems is also necessary, as are excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, data-driven, and operationally-minded skills.
The Resale Program, Sr. Manager will build and evolve the resale program framework, including engagement models, pricing, tiers, and governance, aligning program design with global channel strategy and regional needs. They will streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and activation processes, support deal structuring and co-sell motions, and manage partner escalations. Responsibilities also include tracking partner performance using KPIs and scorecards, collaborating with legal, finance, sales, and marketing to support contracts and go-to-market assets, optimizing operational processes across quoting, deal registration, and billing, and driving program scalability through playbooks, automation, and documentation. The role involves monitoring market trends to evolve the program and stay competitive.
