Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in partner-facing or alliance management within enterprise software or cloud technology, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Professional Services sales. Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators or boutique consultancies is essential, along with a proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model. A strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements is required, as are excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is necessary.
The Partner Practice Manager will be responsible for building and executing the Professional Services Partnering strategy in the ANZ region, focusing on creating a scalable partner ecosystem that drives customer success and expands Snowflake's services delivery capacity. This includes developing and implementing joint Go-to-Market strategies with focus partners, managing the onboarding and enablement of new and existing services partners, overseeing contract and commercial management including master services agreements and subcontracting paperwork, and working with partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
