Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years in IT, including expertise in storage, backup, virtualization, and security. Prior experience enabling partners is required, and additional experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuance, Database Protection and Recovery, Distributed Systems, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Layer 2 Networking and Firewalls, and Scripting/Automation is highly desirable. Excellent communication, project management, organization, and time management skills are also necessary, along with the ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

The Senior Channel Systems Engineer will guide strategic channel partners in qualifying, identifying use cases, and positioning Cohesity solutions. They will enable partners on the technology, including how to demo, size, configure, and integrate solutions. This role involves assisting VAR SEs in winning deals, regularly visiting partners to build relationships, and helping integrate Cohesity products into partners' higher-level offerings.
