Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5+ years of functional experience in operations or a related role, ideally within the B2B technology space, along with 2+ years of management experience. Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, GainSight, and Financial Force, as well as advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar skills for data analysis and reporting is required. Consulting background is welcomed with demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

The Sr. RevOps Business Partner will own the Business Partnering relationship with the SVP in SE and align with another leader in CX, identify and lead projects to drive business and operational improvements and efficiencies, support business planning including targets for bookings and headcount, create and support executive-level presentations, provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting, analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses, monitor budgets in conjunction with Finance, and analyze business process workflows within different sales segments. They will collaborate closely with the SE & CX/PS organizations, as well as align with other GTM functions on operations and strategy.
