Alteryx is seeking a Sr. RevOps Business Partner with management experience to join their Revenue Operations team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and will be responsible for revenue operations for Sales Engineering (SE) and a portion of Customer Experience/Professional Services (CX/PS), with the potential to lead Global Alliance & Channel (GAC) as well. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and effective problem-solver who continuously optimizes processes and systems to support and accelerate the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This individual will be data-driven, possess strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, top-notch data analytics abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a self-starter with a passion for processes and driving positive change. Collaboration with SE & CX/PS organizations and alignment with other GTM functions on operations and strategy are key.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the Business Partnering relationship with the SVP in SE and align with another leader in CX.
  • Own and manage the "rhythm of the business."
  • Identify, define, and lead projects that drive business and operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Own functional strategy in collaboration with SVPs and RevOps Strategy teams.
  • Support business planning, including targets for bookings, headcount, quota, and related investment plans, in partnership with other Revenue Operations teams.
  • Create and support executive-level presentations, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Conduct reporting and analysis, providing various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Identify additional reporting and analysis needs and work with systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions, extending to self-service solutions for Field representatives where possible.
  • Analyze, develop, and refine business process workflows within different sales segments, working with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation.
  • Monitor budgets in conjunction with Finance and analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses.

Qualifications

  • Past experience in a Sales/Solutions Engineering, Alliance & Channel, and/or Customer Experience/Professional Services Revenue Operations role.
  • Consulting background is welcomed with demonstrable experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in operations or a related role, preferably in the B2B technology space.
  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, GainSight, Financial Force).
  • Advanced Excel/Alteryx/Tableau/etc. skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented.
