Responsibilities
- Define and execute our productivity framework based on standard activities, leading and lagging indicators
- Think proactively about how AI can enhance internal productivity and create an improved partner experience
- Work cross functionally with sales, planning, and business intelligence teams to validate sales and partner teams are being evaluated equally and effectively
- Create and track KPIs and make recommendations on data driven outputs
- Articulate your recommendations clearly and concisely
