Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, or revenue operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management systems or PRM tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of BlueCat’s global partner portal
  • Ensure the partner portal delivers an intuitive, value-driven experience for partners
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance portal functionality and analytics
  • Serve as the global owner for Market Development Funds (MDF) processes
  • Act as the liaison between the field, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Track and report on MDF usage and ROI
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and the Salesforce (SFDC) team to ensure partner-related data integrity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scaling partner operations
  • Document key processes and best practices
  • Serve as the first line of support for global partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
  • Contribute to internal and external partner communications, training materials, and process documentation
