Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, or revenue operations — ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management systems or PRM tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of BlueCat’s global partner portal in close collaboration with the Marketing organization
  • Ensure the portal delivers an intuitive, value-driven experience for partners through accurate, current content and effective navigation
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance portal functionality and analytics for better partner engagement
  • Serve as the global owner for MDF processes, from partner requests to approvals and post-activity reconciliation
  • Act as the liaison between the field, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely fund utilization
  • Track and report on MDF usage and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve partner investment impact
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and the Salesforce (SFDC) team to ensure partner-related data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scaling partner operations and enhancing internal workflows
  • Document key processes and best practices to support consistency across the partner ecosystem
  • Serve as the first line of support for global partners with questions about programs, processes, or systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues promptly and effectively
  • Contribute to internal and external partner communications, training materials, and process documentation
