Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Partner Management program management and leadership, with a specific focus on Carahsoft. Familiarity with channel sales and fulfillment processes, including distributor services to resellers, is essential. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing SailPoint's partner community to ensure understanding and adherence to the partner program, driving incremental revenue. Key responsibilities include managing partner performance metrics, working closely with partner success and management teams, and driving initiatives for a best-in-class partner program experience. The position involves managing partner accreditation and certification, growing the Carahsoft partner program, tracking partner productivity against program requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and building annual roll-out plans. This includes fostering communication, accelerating processes, removing barriers for program launches, and ensuring effectiveness. The role also entails building, guiding, and measuring partner program accreditation and certification across sales, technical, and delivery disciplines, rolling out programs to internal teams, providing documentation, and measuring adoption. Ongoing education and training of the partner program, ensuring partner data accuracy with Partner Operations, and gathering/communicating partner and SailPoint performance metrics are also critical duties.
