Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and onboarding new strategic agency partners, as well as managing and growing current agency partners. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Partner Marketing and Enablement on offerings, owning relationships at all levels to drive business, and supporting the development of strategic collaboration plans between Kustomer sales/CS and partners.
