Candidates should possess a strong revenue generation track record in direct and channel/alliances roles, with at least 5-10 years of high-tech business development or alliances experience at a high-growth startup. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with deep channel relationships in the NorthEast region and proven revenue generation through Reseller, SI, and MSSP partnerships. Experience with ISVs and their strategies is necessary, as is the ability to formulate partnership vision, strategy, and execution plans. Strong organizational skills, effective relationship development abilities, and the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential.
The Partner Business Manager will drive and accelerate the partner go-to-market strategy in the NorthEast region, focusing on building and driving pipeline generation with partner organizations like Resellers, SIs, MSSPs, Tech Alliances, and Cloud Partners. Responsibilities include exceeding channel sales quotas, developing world-class partner relationships, and identifying key partners to build strategic plans for mutual benefit. The role involves serving as a partner advocate within Cribl, evangelizing partners, and injecting partner DNA into the company. Occasional work outside standard hours may be required due to the remote-first nature of the company.
