Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year, preferably 3+ years, of experience selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying sales role. Industry experience and extensive knowledge of enterprise software sales, software subscription services, or SaaS licensing methodology are required, along with proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office, and other CRM tools. Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes for IT spending and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making are also necessary. The ability to clearly articulate company value through communication is essential.
The Account Executive will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and ensuring the accuracy of sales projections. They will collaborate with channel partners to generate revenue and promote solutions, develop and lead a sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process, and penetrate accounts to reach decision-makers and close business. The role involves defining and completing sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota, building value by developing and presenting proposals, and driving account strategies while coordinating team selling efforts with partners.
