A minimum of 3 years of cattle-related experience is required for a Territory Business Manager role, and animal health experience with knowledge of the Dairy/Beef/Equine industry is preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel overnight approximately 20% of the time, including some weekends, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Territory Business Manager will manage the Zoetis Beef business in Central Texas, calling on Cattle Feeders, Cow-Calf producers, Veterinarians, Dealers, and Distributor Representatives. Responsibilities include quantifying and qualifying product differences, conducting educational training and sales presentations, building relationships within trade channels, and managing a broad geographic area to achieve sales targets. The role involves territory planning and priority setting through data analysis, building customer trust, sharing knowledge as a team player, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires working on Beef Operations, including working with cows from husbandry to treatment administration.
