Candidates should possess prior experience in field work, such as construction, security systems, or low voltage wiring, and be comfortable with frequent bending, digging, reaching, climbing, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and independently lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior knowledge of operating a bucket truck is a plus, along with handyman-like experience and a desire to learn new software and tools.
The Installation Technician will install poles of varying lengths per install specifications, including digging holes and mounting solar panels and batteries. They will affix license-plate reading cameras, work on both public and private roads, repair underground wiring, perform site surveys, provide installation pictures via a mobile app, perform inventory management, receive product shipments, meet with customers, and work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to traffic control plans and permit drawings.
