Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with prior professional experience in sales and territory management. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory management. Responsibilities

The Outside Account Manager will manage their portfolio to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals across all products. They will assist dealerships in maximizing program financial opportunities through customized action plans and drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies via coaching. Responsibilities include collaborating with dealership stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and pricing, maintaining a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers, and tracking all activity and account information in Salesforce. The role also involves staying knowledgeable about current industry trends and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement.
