Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Proven success in medical sales through distribution channels and experience selling medical equipment with connectivity are desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Territory Business Manager will promote and sell a diverse product line, including monitoring, ophthalmic, ENT, Blood Pressure, and Cardiopulmonary products, to primary care and ambulatory care facilities. This role involves partnering with distributors' sales representatives to provide training and motivation, demonstrating and selling medical equipment, and preparing sales plans and forecasts. Additionally, the manager will utilize marketing communications for promotional activities and coordinate with support resources to facilitate sales and sell repair contracts.
