The Outreach Specialist will engage with patients via inbound and outbound calls and digital channels, providing support and information to enhance their experience. Responsibilities include identifying patient needs, managing complaint resolution and retention, coordinating order processing, conducting proactive outreach, and acting as a liaison between internal and external teams. They will also welcome new patients, keep them on track with appointments and reminders, monitor orders, provide platform guidance, check in after key moments, escalate issues, and improve patient retention.
