Requirements

Responsibilities

The Physician Partnerships Coordinator will conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians (PCPs, OB/GYNs, Pediatricians) to introduce Grow Therapy's services and generate interest in partnerships. Responsibilities include breaking through gatekeepers with professionalism, maintaining data integrity by logging outreach activity and outcomes in HubSpot and Google Sheets, and sharing learnings from conversations to inform strategy. The role involves representing Grow Therapy with empathy and clarity, collaborating with teammates to refine outreach approaches, and occasionally surfacing insights to product or operational teams.
