Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Manager, Patient Engagement, you will lead a centralized team of Patient Engagement Associates, overseeing multi-modal outreach efforts to caregivers of eligible patients. You will collaborate with the Vice President, Patient Engagement to develop and optimize technology and processes to achieve patient enrollment targets. Additionally, you will directly manage Patient Engagement Supervisors, a Quality Assurance Specialist, and contribute to building a best-in-class outreach team, ensuring exemplary patient welcome into care at Imagine Pediatrics.
