Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field and have at least 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably focused on population health management, value-based care, or accountable care for provider organizations. A strong understanding of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management is essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 100%. Preferred qualifications include experience with Community Health Centers, Primary Care Associations, HCCNs, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM, sales engagement platforms, sales enablement platforms, and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

The Director, Network Development will drive Aledade's growth in a designated region by building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand the Aledade network. This role involves recruiting practices for government and commercial value-based care contracts, achieving annual growth targets, and providing mentorship to colleagues. Key duties include engaging with prospective practices, negotiating participation agreements using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign, documenting recruitment progress, coordinating with field teams, conducting outbound prospecting, and responding to inbound leads. The Director will also mentor Network Development Leads and other Growth/Field team members, leading initiatives to improve team performance.
