Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience in digital product operations or similar operational experience working closely with a technical team on a digital product. They should be passionate about Pomelo's mission, scrappy with the ability to build and scale operational processes, and comfortable tackling ambiguous problems across different technical systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with preferred SQL experience or comfort working with spreadsheets and pivot tables. Bonus points for startup experience, healthcare/health tech background, or coding ability.

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Manager will become an expert in Pomelo's products and define surrounding business processes. They will serve as a thought and execution partner to technical functions like engineering, product, design, and data science. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and operations teams to understand their needs and improve processes through product or technical support, providing product education and documentation, and executing and improving processes for feature launches and ongoing product support.
