Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 3 years of experience in data operations, data engineering, business intelligence, or a similar role with a focus on internal data management, integration, and visualization. A strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is required, along with proven ability to design, build, and maintain data integrations using various methods and tools.

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Engineer will design, build, and maintain data integrations between various internal systems to ensure a unified and accessible data landscape, engineer and/or script custom reports across disparate systems based on requirements, partner with Product and Engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop efficient operational processes and visualizations, develop and manage internal data infrastructure and tools to ensure easy access and usability of relevant data, receive and execute ad hoc telemetry and reporting requests from internal stakeholders, create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integrations and processes, and analyze telemetry data to help the CEO make business decisions.
