The ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and respond to urgent store issues is required. Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred.
The Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, including management, supervision, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. The Operations Manager will also lead others, supervise and direct crew activities, communicate effectively with store personnel, and support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
