A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a retail or eCommerce customer service environment and over 1 year of experience managing SLAs and using real-time and historical contact center data. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with Google Suite and CRM software like Salesforce.
The Seasonal Customer Service Shift Lead will ensure exceptional contact quality and service by tracking real-time SLAs, managing cross-functional communications, and providing in-the-moment management during shifts. Responsibilities include balancing contact channels, meeting contact center SLAs and metrics, leading daily meetings to communicate goals, and providing real-time support to global contact center site leadership. The role also involves producing daily reports, serving as a cross-functional liaison, partnering with Workforce Management, supporting internal team coordination, and contributing to ad hoc customer service projects.
