Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a distribution or industrial environment, along with at least three years of experience in a supervisory role and the equivalent of two years’ experience with technical products. Experience with distribution/manufacturing operating systems and Microsoft software is preferred, and familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, KPI’s and metrics measures is key.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will provide leadership, management, implementation, and compliance with all departmental procedures and initiatives to maintain efficiency and excellence in customer service, developing knowledge of Carotek Prophet21 (ERP) and providing operational support to division managers. They will also develop and execute strategic plans to enhance profitability and efficiency, work with IT to evaluate operational systems, assist in developing reporting from P21 ERP, interact with the executive team, investigate process improvement measures, manage portals, and recommend techniques to improve productivity and reduce costs.
