Requirements

The Principal Project Manager must have experience driving high-priority, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, with a strong background in Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Procurement, IT, and Business Units. Experience embedding best practices into hybrid workstreams, creating Jira, Smartsheet, and integrated reporting tools, and owning the creation of executive-ready PowerPoint materials is essential. The role requires the ability to develop PM governance models, milestone planning standards, and project dashboards, as well as experience developing and leading training for initiative leads and program managers. A proven ability to work closely with leadership to scale a culture of accountability, value-driven delivery, and operational transparency is necessary, along with contributions to the formalization of PMO processes and driving adoption of strategic frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Principal Project Manager will lead the evolution of the PMO with a focus on scalability, accountability, and enterprise discipline, shaping portfolio-level governance, defining normalized intake and prioritization frameworks, and enabling delivery excellence through rigorous process standardization and tool integration. This role involves partnering with senior leaders across Globally E2E Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, IT, and Business teams to stand up foundational capabilities that fuel strategic growth, spanning the full initiative lifecycle from early-stage planning to post-deployment tracking, collaboration, and executive alignment. The individual will embed a consistent delivery model integrating intake, planning, risk transparency, execution oversight, and KPI reporting, influencing how programs are initiated, executed, and measured to ensure alignment between strategy and delivery while driving scale across the enterprise. Responsibilities include creating PM governance models, milestone planning standards, and project dashboards to enhance visibility and execution discipline, developing and leading training and onboarding for initiative leads and program managers on PMO processes, and co-leading steering and planning reviews with executives to anchor strategy delivery to data-informed KPIs and real business outcomes.
