Responsibilities

The Senior Access Distribution Manager will be responsible for cultivating broker relationships to increase submissions and drive revenue, serving as the primary contact for brokers, and educating them on Embroker's products. This role involves driving quote-to-bind velocity by aligning opportunities with underwriting appetite, identifying and removing sales process bottlenecks, and delivering tailored sales enablement materials. Additionally, the manager will lead the onboarding and activation of new broker partners, track partner performance metrics, and collaborate with underwriting, product, and marketing teams to refine strategy and improve offerings.
