Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of service industry experience, with a minimum of 4 years in progressive leadership roles and 3 years of experience managing branch financials or P&L. A valid driving record meeting company insurance standards is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with service and installation programming, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics. Experience in recruiting independent contractors and knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will oversee the entirety of their branch’s installation program, including profitability, pipeline management, inventory efficiency, and expense control, while ensuring a positive customer experience. They will develop and manage the branch operational plan, manage day-to-day activities, monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Responsibilities also include managing branch expenditures within budget, analyzing branch data to provide solutions, leading and developing direct reports, recruiting and onboarding employees, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The manager will collaborate with the regional team on best practices and SOPs and must obtain or maintain all required licenses and certifications.
