Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience, with a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Direct experience with Salesforce, Oracle Financials, UKG, or Snowflake is required, along with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to operate with urgency and flexibility in ambiguous situations are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will lead and manage multiple concurrent projects focused on business applications and data platforms using Agile methodologies, driving end-to-end execution from planning to delivery. This role involves partnering with stakeholders across various departments to prioritize initiatives, communicating program objectives and status updates to leadership, and proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues. The Program Manager will also manage interdependencies across teams, represent IT in cross-functional forums to identify system changes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within project teams.
