  • Build long-term relationships with customer leadership and act as the operational point of escalation.
  • Conduct business reviews, ensure transparency, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Translate customer feedback into operational enhancements and CI initiatives.
  • Mentor site leaders and develop internal pipelines for leadership growth.
  • Optimize delivery processes, enabling scalability, and ensuring business alignment to support revenue growth.
  • Lead reviews of key KPIs with leadership.
  • Lead and implement Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational regulations across all sites.
  • Analyze operational data to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with automated systems, material handling, or digital warehouse technologies (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-site teams in high-volume or high-tech warehouse environments.
  • Experience working with or overseeing automated systems, robotics, or high-tech material handling environments.
  • Proven success in leading multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
