The Sr. Manager, Business Operations requires a deep technical understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a passion for customer advocacy. Experience in project management discipline is essential. The role also necessitates participation with the Sales team to provide a strong customer-focused sales, orientation, and launch engagement process. Candidates must be able to develop deep, trusting relationships with customers and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they achieve full business value.
The Sr. Manager, Business Operations is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and value realization for Federal Identity and Access Management (IAM) customers, managing customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s services and products by aligning with their business objectives. This includes driving customer success through categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, service expansion opportunities, and metrics analysis. The role involves performing routine health checks and assisting with business value assessment to ensure customer success, leading to higher customer happiness, retention, and business expansion. As a program leader, the individual will lead one-time activities within the team and drive the successful start-up, planning, execution, and close-down of projects and programs, with a primary goal to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. Key duties include owning project planning, coordination, and execution, developing project documentation, serving as a coordination point, leading regular stakeholder meetings, facilitating workshops, leading business reviews, serving as the primary customer contact post-implementation, partnering with internal teams, and tracking utilization of success packages and contracted deliverables.
