Tech-savviness with various collaboration tools, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote international team, and familiarity with platforms like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace are necessary. French or Arabic language skills are a plus.
The Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the onboarding process, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the onboarding experience, anticipating and addressing evolving needs, and managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy and security.
