Candidates must have 8+ years of sales and business development experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with extensive European channel partner and HP Inc. (HPI) sales enablement experience, both internal and partner-facing. Strong customer relationship leadership skills, experience building and executing sophisticated sales strategies across multiple organizations, and a solid understanding of professional creative workflows, ISV tools, and solutions for ProViz, AI, and Data Science are also essential. The role requires strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills, along with a passion for success, curiosity about business strategy, excellent collaboration, self-starter mentality, integrity, accountability, and a willingness to learn. International and domestic travel will be required.
The OEM Sales Enablement Manager will drive revenue growth, demand creation, co-selling, and sales enablement across EMEA, developing and implementing enterprise growth strategies for Professional Visualization, AI, Workstations, and Analytics. This role involves building and leading joint business strategies, pipelines, and sales programs with HP Inc. (HPI) to accelerate growth, completing joint channel programs, and positioning NVIDIA's GPU, software, and networking ecosystem with key partners and ISVs. Responsibilities include collaborating with HPI overlay teams to invent sales motions, identify lighthouse accounts, expand priority verticals, and deliver training, seminars, and enablement programs to equip field sellers. The manager will also coordinate strategy alignment and business reviews between NVIDIA, HPI account teams, and senior leadership, and lead MDF planning, reporting, and market insights to ensure GTM alignment and ROI.
