The Director of Partner Marketing will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for VAR and ISV partners, segmenting and prioritizing them based on potential and strategic alignment. They will design and launch co-branded campaigns, demand generation programs, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to ERP buyers, creating scalable partner marketing toolkits and managing Market Development Funds. Responsibilities also include creating standardized training for partner sellers, executing an annual partner webinar program, overseeing partner-specific events, leading partner onboarding and marketing enablement sessions, building relationships with partner marketing teams, and organizing joint thought leadership initiatives. The role involves defining KPIs and tracking the performance of partner marketing programs to drive revenue and demand generation.
