Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in a related customer service role, a college degree or equivalent experience, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and learn new technical skills quickly is also required.
The New Business Case Manager will provide exceptional customer service, operations support, problem resolution, and specialized administrative support to producers, policy owners, and other customers. Key duties include gathering information about product capabilities, reviewing and resolving customer inquiries and problems using established procedures, negotiating claims, initiating billing adjustments, and arranging product substitutions and returns.
