Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national clinical sales strategy
  • Set short- and long-term targets, including clinical adoption plans, launch timing and revenue milestones
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing clinical sales team
  • Partner with Sales Education to inform training programs and performance management processes
  • Take full ownership of national disposable revenue by setting aggressive targets and monitoring progress
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize clinical sales strategies
  • Act as a bridge between clinical sales, product development, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape market strategies
  • Develop and execute plans to build "top of funnel" generation for the capital team
  • Ensure clinical sales helps with timely closure of conversion and service contracts
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs related to team performance, patient satisfaction, and revenue achievement
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for the organization in national clinical forums and industry events
  • Drive initiatives that enhance brand recognition and position the company as a leader in delivering innovative, patient-centered clinical solutions
