Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development — ideally with a focus on cloud, data, and supply chain
  • Proven success building and managing high-impact GTM partnerships in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience selling or enabling solutions in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing, with a strong understanding of supply chain use cases
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills — ability to speak the language of both business and technology
  • Technical fluency with data platforms, AI, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and strategic planning

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs in supply chain and risk intelligence
  • Own and execute a joint go-to-market strategy with Snowflake's sales, product, marketing, and industry teams
  • Identify and capitalize on whitespace opportunities to unlock new revenue streams
  • Build and lead trusted partnerships with strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Snowflake's sales, product, marketing, and industry teams to design and execute compelling go-to-market programs
  • Design and execute joint solutions with top-tier ISVs in supply chain and risk intelligence
  • Inspire innovation by working with partners to imagine and build breakthrough solutions
  • Measure what matters by tracking partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and deal closure
