Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education, coupled with at least 2 years of sales experience. Prior sales experience with a history of new market growth acquisition in a Telesales/web conferencing environment is preferred. Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem-solving, and closing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, as is a demonstrated stable track record in sales, advanced understanding of technology products, and passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for producing new and incremental sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory, focusing on new logo acquisition and driving new business with prospect accounts. Responsibilities include selling the company's products and services via telephone/web conferencing using a solution-based/consultative sales approach, qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, explaining product/service variations, overcoming objections, and closing sales. The role also involves updating customer information, including sales funnel activity, opportunity updates, and maintaining monthly goals, customer proposals, and contracts, while providing superior service with every customer interaction.
