Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting or interviewing, experience in technical recruiting is a plus, experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is a plus, and experience managing an ATS is desired.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will own mentor recruiting from top-of-funnel to closing candidates, ensuring a high volume of hiring to support enrollment demand across assigned verticals, conducting 30-minute video interviews with candidates, assessing candidates for technical and behavioral skills, managing candidates via the ATS (Greenhouse) by completing structured feedback forms and tagging candidate profiles, and working up to 20 hours per month.
