Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, of full-cycle recruiting experience in life sciences, biotech, or biopharma
Experience recruiting across multiple functions; prior biotech/biopharma experience preferred but not required
Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in competitive talent markets
Strong stakeholder partnership skills; ability to coach, influence, and advise hiring managers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and levels of technical expertise
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup with evolving priorities
Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and various sourcing and engagement tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, SeekOut, etc)

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Research, Engineering, G&A, and Clinical
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interview processes, and craft effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong, diverse pipelines
Guide candidates through the process while ensuring a positive, transparent, and timely experience
Advise hiring teams on market insights, compensation expectations, interview best practices, and selection decisions
Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decision-making
Collaborate with HR partners (HRBPs, Total Rewards, HR Operations) to ensure process consistency, compliance, and smooth onboarding
Track recruiting activity and metrics; support continuous improvement of TA processes and tools
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects supporting scalability, efficiency, and employer brand efforts
