Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, of full-cycle recruiting experience in life sciences, biotech, or biopharma
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions; prior biotech/biopharma experience preferred but not required
  • Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in competitive talent markets
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills; ability to coach, influence, and advise hiring managers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and levels of technical expertise
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup with evolving priorities
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and various sourcing and engagement tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, SeekOut, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Research, Engineering, G&A, and Clinical
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interview processes, and craft effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong, diverse pipelines
  • Guide candidates through the process while ensuring a positive, transparent, and timely experience
  • Advise hiring teams on market insights, compensation expectations, interview best practices, and selection decisions
  • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR partners (HRBPs, Total Rewards, HR Operations) to ensure process consistency, compliance, and smooth onboarding
  • Track recruiting activity and metrics; support continuous improvement of TA processes and tools
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects supporting scalability, efficiency, and employer brand efforts
