Position Overview

This role is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products within a designated territory, ensuring consistent customer engagement, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities

Daily Activities

  • Customer Visits: Maintain a minimum of 4.5 days of normal visits per week. Achieve at least 12 face-to-face effective visits per day. Ensure correct coverage and frequency for A and B level customers.
  • VIP Visits: Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital stakeholders (e.g., President, Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned region to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings: Conduct at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.
  • Performance Development: Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management: Plan and manage hospitals within the assigned territory, regularly updating customer department information. Focus on meticulous cultivation to expand business in the region.
  • Financial Management: Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager, considering market conditions. Submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of occurrence after approval.
  • Product Management: Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, based on strategies from the company's marketing department and specific regional conditions.
  • Product Knowledge: Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sessions. Regular exams will be conducted, and scores will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Sales Skills: Effectively apply learned sales skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
  • Work Hours: Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work in the territory daily. Sales representatives must be available and reachable by company and customers between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, keeping their mobile phones on (communication and transportation fees are subsidized by the company).
  • Reporting: Manage reports.

Requirements

Experience

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Role Experience: 1+ year of pharmaceutical product promotion experience.

Skills

  • Language: Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.

Other

  • Travel: Willingness to undertake business travel as required by the company.
  • Certifications: RDPAC Certificate.
