Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or have at least 2 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) is preferred, along with significant experience in negotiating and closing new business or budgeting. Demonstrated strategic selling skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to various healthcare facilities and managing a territory of 100-125 targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic territory sales plans, prospecting for new business, communicating competitive differentiation to increase sales, and managing both clinical and financial aspects of accounts. Additionally, the position requires completing company reports, plans, and projects accurately and on time, and complying with all company and regulatory policies.
