Requirements

  • Understand the dynamic PET Amyloid space and be a trusted advisor to help customers navigate new amyloid PET imaging marketplace
  • Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities
  • Understand the different call points required for success and prioritization (imaging centers, referring physicians, pharmacy partners)
  • Understand and leverage the value of providing referring physician education and office-based resources
  • Ability to shape US strategy for Alzheimer’s care area and lead a sales team
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance
  • Ability to manage relationships with key customers and accounts at executive level
  • Ability to attract, retain, educate, and develop commercial talents
  • Proficiency in coaching sales teams on GEHC CRM Salesforce utilization
  • Ability to communicate, execute, and leverage Variable Sales Incentive plans

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the Region (orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin, cash, customer satisfaction, retention)
  • Set appropriate Operating Plan targets for team members based on market potential and provide business overviews to leadership
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with cross-functional team to cover prioritized geography potential
  • Collaborate with pharmacy partners to drive mutually beneficial activities and high-quality customer experience for Vizamyl delivery
  • Lead strategy, actively participate in, and help close large or critically strategic opportunities
  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Attend key conferences to represent GEHC PET Amyloid product Vizamyl
  • Drive collaboration, community, and one GEHC mindset with counterparts and sales teams for positive customer experience and portfolio growth
  • Coach and drive performance management within the team, including feedback, development, employee engagement, recognition, best practices sharing, and exposure to senior leaders
  • Grow sales revenue, drive product differentiation, and commercial strategy for Alzheimer’s care area within GEHC Pharmaceutical Diagnostics portfolio
