Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing sales strategies within a designated territory, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and business development. The position requires consistent client interaction, strategic planning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Visits:
    • Ensure 4.5 days of normal visit time per week.
    • Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
    • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.
  • VIP Visits:
    • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital leaders (e.g., hospital presidents, pharmacy directors, pharmacy committee members, key discipline leaders) within the assigned region to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings:
    • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance doctor's understanding of products.
  • Performance Development:
    • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management:
    • Rationally plan hospitals within the assigned territory.
    • Regularly update hospital department information for clients in the territory.
    • Expand business in the region through intensive cultivation principles.
  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the regional manager.
    • Expenditure must be approved by the regional manager.
    • Submit expense reports to the DM within 3 weeks of the expense occurring.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop product development plans and key product development plans at the beginning of each month, especially for new products, based on strategies from company marketing product managers and specific regional conditions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in weekly product knowledge sharing sessions.
    • Undergo regular product knowledge exams, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
  • Daily Work Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective visit work in the territory daily.
    • Maintain phone availability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for company and client contact (transportation/communication allowances are provided).
  • Reporting Management:
    • Complete and submit required reports.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, business conduct standards, and company policies.
