Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience in SaaS operations, platform, or IT product management roles, along with 2+ years of experience leading people or cross-functional teams. They require expertise in SaaS lifecycle, tool intake, vendor governance, and IAM best practices, coupled with familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship capabilities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, are also essential, alongside strategic thinking and hands-on execution, analytical and data-driven decision-making, and comfort navigating change in a fast-scaling environment.
The Senior Manager, Digital Workplace Operations will own the full lifecycle of internal SaaS platforms, including intake, onboarding, rationalization, and deprecation. They will define governance workflows for new tool requests and conduct cross-functional evaluations, lead platform reviews focused on usage, automation, compliance, and access alignment, manage and mentor a team, collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Legal & Security, oversee automation governance across Workato, ITSM workflows, and platform integrations, manage IT vendor relationships, track and report on KPIs such as automation coverage, provisioning time, access compliance, and license reclaim rates, and contribute to the ITSM transition from ServiceNow to a modern ITSM platform. Additionally, they will be responsible for Application Portfolio Management (APM) and operational data stewardship.
