Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation platforms and system administration. Experience with marketing automation platforms and/or customer engagement platforms is required, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in data management, including data modeling, data quality, data governance, and querying data using SQL, is essential. Experience working with an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred) to track app campaign performance and ensure accurate attribution is necessary. Knowledge of CRM systems and experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM are required. Braze certification and experience writing advanced liquid are preferred.
The Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing tools like Braze and Hightouch, ensuring data integrity and system performance. They will support other marketing tools such as AppsFlyer and HubSpot through integration and maintenance. Responsibilities include building marketing workflows, lead scoring models, custom events, and data validation rules. Collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams is needed for integrating marketing systems with CRM, CDP, and other business systems. The role involves managing deep linking, link-building strategies, and supporting campaign tracking across all channels for performance enhancement and accurate attribution. Maintaining technical documentation of marketing systems and troubleshooting technical issues with marketing systems are also key duties.
