This role is within the PCGS Marketing team and focuses on driving customer growth and submissions through strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the collecting hobby and be a savvy marketing strategist capable of producing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the collecting hobby (coins, trading cards, etc.)
  • Proven marketing strategy skills
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across diverse mediums (social, CRM, print, etc.)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of PCGS marketing campaigns across social, CRM, print, and other diverse mediums to grow our customer base and maximize submissions.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Support the efforts of PCGS’ full suite of brands, including Long Beach Expo, Collectors Corner, Certified Coin Exchange (CCE), and our international offices and submission centers.
  • Contribute to the development of educational content for collectors.
