Requirements

Strong data analysis skills, a passion for continuous optimization, experience writing creative briefs, managing agency partners, and a demonstrated history of successful complex project management are essential. Exceptional project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach are also required. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Braze, or Salesforce is a plus, as is skill in Adobe Creative Suite and deep analytical skills with Tableau.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager will drive member acquisition by leading the development of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels. They will plan, launch, and measure tests in various channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Responsibilities include building creative briefs, working with creative teams to produce and iterate on campaign creative, and monitoring campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
