Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with a preference for experience in healthcare or regulated industries. This experience must include developing email, direct mail, and digital campaigns for acquisition, as well as proficiency in lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and personalization. The role requires comfort evaluating creative assets, providing feedback to agencies, and executing A/B and multivariate tests. Strong data analysis skills, a passion for continuous optimization, experience writing creative briefs, managing agency partners, and a demonstrated history of successful complex project management are essential. Exceptional project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach are also required. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Braze, or Salesforce is a plus, as is skill in Adobe Creative Suite and deep analytical skills with Tableau.
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive member acquisition by leading the development of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels. They will plan, launch, and measure tests in various channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Responsibilities include building creative briefs, working with creative teams to produce and iterate on campaign creative, and monitoring campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
